Tickets/Reservations
FREE online reservations are recommended for entry. Guests who arrive without a reservation will be assisted by our staff as available and admitted as space permits.
Our reservation system allows guests to book an arrival time, but the reservation is valid from the scheduled arrival time to 5:00 p.m. and allows guests to leave and re-enter the museum on the same day, space permitting. Simply print it out or show it on your phone.
Reservations cannot be taken over the phone or through our website contact form. All reservations must be made through the online booking page.
GROUPS OF 10 – 20: Please CALL the museum at 714-516-5880 to make advance reservations. At this time, we cannot accommodate groups larger than 20.
CHAPMAN UNIVERSITY students, faculty and staff do not need reservations — simply show your valid Chapman I.D. at the museum door or front desk.
Parking
We recommend that visitors park in the Old Towne West parking structure, which offers free parking and is located at 130 N. Lemon Street, one block east of the museum.
Free 2-hour street parking is often available on N. Cypress Street behind the museum (museum side of street only).
The Hilbert Museum also has a small onsite parking lot; spaces are marked with RESERVED HILBERT MUSEUM.
Parking spaces for vehicles with a valid disability placard are located in all three parking areas. Please do not park at Streamliner Lounge unless you are dining there.
